Yes. We have a full Public Liability cover of £ 1,000,000.

Do you guarantee your services?
We guarantee you a satisfactory result or we will re-clean the disputed areas free of charge.

Do you provide cleaning materials, equipment, etc?
Yes, we do. Our teams are fully equipped with the latest equipment and top quality cleaning materials.

Is there a minimum charge for Well Done cleaning services?
For carpet, upholstery and curtains cleaning the minimum charge is 45 pounds and for domestic regular cleaning is 3 hours per visit.

Are there any extra charges?
In some cases you may have to pay a parking fee or a congestion charge (if your address is in London congestion charge zone).

How long in advance I need to book the service?
We recommend you to book the service at least 3 days in advance. Order at short notice is also available.

What if I need to change my cleaning appointment?
We try to be as flexible as possible. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice.

Do I have to be present when your cleaners arrive?
No. We can collect keys from a neighbour, friend, local shop or estate agency in your area free of charge. For your peace of mind, all of our staff are fully insured and bonded.
